I feel like the Mid 90s (1993-1996) seems to get overshadowed compared to the neon early 90s (1990-1992) & The Y2K Late 90s (1997-1999) I always viewed mid 90s as the point where the 90s finally found it's own identity, Gone was the neon and in came the grunge and darker and more earthy, Xtreme 90s
