My daughter has been diagnosed with ADHD. After that I suspect having ADHD myself. I haven't slept properly for years. My mind never sleeps and I keep thinking throughout my sleep and wake up tired. Throughout sleep my pending jobs list keeps switching in my mind. Is It due to ADHD?
