I declared bankruptcy in Canada on June 21st. Informed Affirm about this on July 5th. Paybright took PAD on July 23rd when I had knowingly opted out of the PAD agreement. Affirm still sending me delinquency notices on August 2nd. Do I have proper legal grounds to sue Affirm?
