Im watching Loudermilk... I dont understand, why is anyone who likes a drink in the USA an alcoholic? I have a few drinks any time I want... in my culture I'm normal - in fact i am within speciifciation. But if I lived in the USA i would be a certified alcoholic I am sure.

Im watching Loudermilk. I dont understand , why is anyone who like a drink in the USA an alcoholic? I have a few drinks any time I want ... in my culture Im normal. In fact I am withing specification. But if I lived in the USA - I would be a certificed alcoholic right?
