I have a question regarding height. I'm 17 years old standing at 170cm. Will I get taller? I don't think my situation is normal!

Just discovered my C4 is low & C3 is borderline low. I have positive ANA at 1:320, malar rash, recurring low-grade fever, and joint pain. How concerning is this for SLE? Is C3 and/or C4 ever low in healthy individuals?
