In need of some opinions, so I landed wrong on my foot yesterday at my soccer game, and today I can hardly walk on my right foot , it feels like a sprain ankle, but my ankle isn’t swollen however that area I marked is , any idea what it could be

Had a MRI scheduled for today, but cannot go through with it because I became claustrophobic. This is the first time this has happened to me as I have had MRIs before. I told the technician this information and she told me the one they had is the smallest in the state! I’m so upset.

I have pain in the tip of my penis. The pain is in the skin. The opening of the hole in the penis. The right side hurts when I touch it or if it touches what am wearing. Can anyone tell me what it means. And can it be std? There are no redness, rash, or bumps.
