The "Mormon Extermination Order" in Missouri existed from 1838-1976; what would have happened to someone in Missouri if they had "exterminated" a Mormon during that time? Would they be free from prosecution? Did anyone actually use Missouri Executive Order 44 as a viable excuse/justification?
