If Bavaria held the copyright for "Mein Kampf" these past 70 years and refused to reprint it, where did the reprints and translations come from? Why did Bavaria refuse to reprint it? From what I understand, Germany feels very strongly that Nazi history needs to be acknowledged and understood.
