In Genesis 12:10-13, Abram tells Sarai that she should claim to be his sister so that Abram would not be killed for her sake. Was it normal for Egyptian pharaohs to kill the husbands of beautiful women in order to make said women their wives? Or is this simply bragging/exaggerating Sarai's beauty?
