Where did most KIA/MIA during the Vietnam War occur? We usually only hear about the Tet Offensive and 1968 but around 16,500 U.S. soldiers were KIA during 1968, leaving around 42,000 KIA in other years. What areas of Southeast Asia did most U.S. soldiers become KIA/MIA?
