There is a currently an int'l row between Poland and Russia over the guilt of the USSR in starting WWII. Should they share equal blame with Nazi Germany for signing the Molotov-Ribbentrop Pact, or is it as Putin says, the West and Poland is at fault for appeasing Hitler up till then?
