The Kongolese groundskeeper at Institute for Agricultural Studies of Congo, referred to the Belgian colonial times as "the good times" on a TV show. How come some citizens in Congo would refer to colonization as "good times", even though Belgian colonialization resulted in mass genocides in Congo?
