Two Yugoslavia questions: (1)Why were Clinton/Bush so insistent on extraditing Slobodan Milošević? (2) Were there German/Yugoslav tensions during the Yugoslav Wars (I ask because I've seen theories that #1 tennis player Monica Seles [Yugoslavian]was stabbed by a German man b/c of tensions in 1993)?
