Are there any accounts or sources of even sub-Saharan Africans (whether Nubians or Aksumites) who traveled to Rome or whether any Romans who journeyed to the lands of the Nubians or Aksumites? I'm curious what the Roman perception were of these civilizations close to the edge of their realm.
