In Glantz's The Soviet-German War 1941-1945 essay, he notes that total Nazi losses amounted up to 13,488,000 while acknowledging only roughly 4 million are dead and 3 million plus are captured. Are the extra numbers just really disabled or missing, don't they seem too much?
