I'm a soviet soldier stationed in East Germany between 1991-1994, as per the Two Plus Four Agreement. What the heck am I doing years after the Soviet Union collapses? If I'm Ukrainian, do I go home early? Or do I stick around pretending to be part of the USSR until 1994?
