I am playing Red Dead Redemption 2. Anytime I would speed up my horse in a street with shops around, I would get gnarly comments from other NPCs. Keeping this in view, I want to know if there were any regulations back in time to keep the horse/stagecoach/cart speed limit in check in urban areas?
