Why did neither Brazil nor Argentina join the Axis during WW2, despite both countries being right-wing dictatorships with fascist tendencies at the time? And why didn't Argentina use the opportunity of Brazil's entry into WW2 on the Allied side to join the Axis and invade one of its biggest rivals?
