What was the general level of awareness of American Halloween in the USSR &, in the 90s, post-Soviet countries? Would 90s Russian or Ukrainian teens ever dress up for funsies? Also, what about other American versions of holidays (e.g. St Patrick's Day as a drinking holiday)?
