Does Celtic music have anything to do with the music that ancient Celts actually played? What was their music like, do we know?

I read once that anti-black racism was imported into Europe from the Arab world, via al-Andalus--that the anti-black racism in the Trans-Atlantic and Arab slave trades shared a common root. Was there truth in that?

When Grover Cleveland was president it was said that he opposed annexation of Hawaii, ignoring the calls from the Hawaiian government that there were fears that Japan would annex the islands if the US showed no interest. Was there ever any legitimate threat of Japan wanting to annex Hawaii?

American Comic book author Rob Liefeld is... not well regarded by most of the internet's comics book fans, with many of his drawings becoming mainstays in "bad anatomy" complications. But how was he recieved in the mid 90s when many of his most infamous illustrations were actually published?

Is it common for historians to refer to historical states by completely different names than what they were known as at the time(e.g. referring to the medieval Roman Empire as the "Byzantine" Empire)?
