My Hyundai i20 makes vibration like sounds at high speeds, only when I hold the wheel straight. What possible causes could this have?

2022 Hyundai Accent: anti-theft alarm system keeps blinking, even when car is unlocked or locked manually (without the key fob). It keeps going off at random (about once per week as far as I know). If I remove the "B/Alarm Horn Relay," will this mess anything up?
