I got this Xray to see how many puppies my dog has, but can you tell from this Xray if her hips are healthy? She sploot all the time but also likes to stand up straight with her hind legs. I'll add photo in comment. Thank you!

Is it normal for fluids to keep leaking from a cat with large amount of oedema in the abdominal area after a vet has used a syringe to remove some of the excess fluid ?
