This is Rosa Jimenez. In 2003 she was babysitting a child when he choked on paper towel and suffered a fatal brain injury. Jimenez was charged with, and convicted of, murdering him based on faulty and unscientific state testimony. Twenty years later she was exonerated of a crime that never happened.
