Helms Railroad Mills... Anyone know what that is? Very oddly shaped jar. Seam goes to the very top but no markings on the base.

Small green cork bottle has me stumped. Seam is telling me late 1800’s but strikes me as more modern than that. Anyone have any info?

"HARTZ OVAL" on bottom, one side is rounded and blank, the other flattened with a weird 3 mark followed VIII. One size is oz other is CC (ml)
