I understand Dex is considered useless, but we have to get a 9 Dex base Legend someday. Here is a tierlist that shows the most dex each weapon has on base stance. They usually don't care if the weapon already has a 8 dex legend, but it would be cool if it was a orange or yellow tier weapon.
