Any knowledge on night terrors? Is this a symptom of CPTSD? I was so confused and dissociative even as a child bc of the night terrors later on they told me it was ‘night terrors’ & they didn’t know why I had them and had zero info on them even now I feel there is little to no info on this subject

I never leave my house because I’m so traumatized from the city I live in and have developed PTSD. How do I cope until I move in a few months?
