HELP SEBASTIAN SURVIVE. My friends beautiful todler had an accident. She went to use the bathroom for a split second and he climbed out of a doggy door and drowned in a small pond. It took 30 min to get his pulse back but the treatment that he needs is not covered by insurance. Please help!
