Please help can my tooth be saved I don't want implant any other way possible please 🙏 I'm only 18 yrs I had root canal but i ate something that lead to this... My half tooth of molar has come out of the root and other half remains intact please help me 🙏

Hygienist said oscillating toothbrushes bad for teeth+especially gums + I should use sonic toothbrushes which are better at cleaning+safer on gums.Bought the best sonic(according to reviews), used it for 3months. Never feel good or clean as my old basic oscillating. What do the dentists here think?
