Started flaring up out of nowhere this morning. Noticed reddish bumps in groups of 2/3 before I got into shower. Progressed into bigger brown spots with little black dots in the center and then all three began to hurt terribly, oozed some liquid and just melted away? Idek what to say anymore 🤷🏻‍♂️
