Completely new dark mark on my finger , didn't go away after 2 weeks. Thought?

Any idea what this is? In the crook of left arm and up. Also on the back of right knee. Smaller little red dots appearing across body in different places. Itchy and and saw.

Doctor said me using wart melting serum might have interfered with the way it looks and told me to come back in a few weeks. It looks so weird and i might have been wrong about it being warts
