I found this on my arm last night. Could it be cancerous or something else? (I tried to get a clear picture, but it was really hard to take a picture with one arm, so sorry it comes out a little blurry)

Hello! What is this? Red splotches on skin, sometimes raised and sometimes itchy but not all the time. The dots were how it started and the big rash is how it looks now. 3 days from dot to rash.
