Started as deep muscle pain then rash appeared. Rash is not painful to the touch. I am 42 male, rash is about 1 inch x 1 inch on my middle side back area. What could it be?

Any help for this rash? I took a plane to the uk 4 days ago from hong kong and had some skin irritation after using the plane blanket, but the rash seems to be spreading. I don't have any other symptoms. I have tried sudocrem and taken some antihistamines. But it seems to be enduring... any ideas?
