35F - had a biopsy done 2 months ago. Came back moderately dysplastic and I chose to monitor instead of just remove it. Now it is suddenly turning red and stinging a little.

Help! First pic is how it starts: itchy red bump. Second pic is how it forms: sometimes itchy, depending. It gets lighter over time and goes away after a long while. Any idea what this might be? Psoriasis ?
