Infrajeet doesn't know the difference between a bill approved by cabinet vs passed by govt, it has not been tabled yet. Btw, correct time to bring this bill was when these guys enjoyed majority for 10 years, now they secular allies JDU, TDP etc will ask for a very diluted bill.
