Latest patch “fixed” envious assassin/cascade point interaction on edge transit by completely nuking envious assassin. ANY mod or armor or weapon swaps completely resets the overflow to 0

It happened again. Once you unlock the white glow for an armour piece, you can no longer transmog the non-glow version.
