Has anyone had an outbreak of EBV when traveling? Had my first outbreak during a very non stressful trip. Spent 10 days in bed. Does anyone think travel triggers EBV? I want to travel internationally but worried that just being in a different environment triggers EBV. Thoughts? Experiences?
