The Sunday evening deadly road crash along Pakwach-Nebbi highway in Pakwach district has left two people dead on spot. The deceased are Brian Ocircan, a teacher at Alwi Seed secondary school and his wife Anet Ocircan both residents of Akella trading centre, Pakwach sub county Pakwach district.
