My Ebay package was expected to arrive between August 2 and 9 but status say still at customs sinceAugust 2. Is it too early to file a complaint or should I?

On mobile/app there is no way to click ‘revise’ on a sold item, only to relist. Does anyone know a workaround? I’m currently having to use a ‘desktop browser’ app to change sold item quantities
