Distribute 20% of tax on profits of the companies not to Government, but between workers. A company profited 100.000$ one month, so 20.000$ are distributed between all workers. Next month they gained 200.000$ on profit, 40.000$ goes to all workers. Its a one of propositions of Christian Democracy
