Thoughts on this? I've decided to move a character up to 200 to see what PvP is like there. Trying to make an all-arounder that can use 3 different approaches decently to adapt to different enemies. (2 hand weapon, weapon/shield, and weapon/dragon cult incantations). Either PvP or PvE.
