I was running int/frost. 75 dmg difference. But frost wouldn’t hit as often. Using bleed for the first time. Using milady. Any suggestions?

Guys which stats should I be leveling up next? Or any other suggestion regarding the build. I put the points in faith to grind with the Relic sword and points in strength to use the Dark Moon greatsword.
