Sent ring in TWICE for it to be unfixed. What are my options?

My ring is almost done! They gave me tab prongs instead of claw so once that’s fixed, it’ll be ready for pick up! My bf planned the proposal himself so that will be a surprise however, we picked the setting/ stone out together 😄

What's wrong with this ring? 1.1ct 18k yellow gold platinum head. Top-heavy prongs which are not evenly spaced around the ring and cathedral setting not equal on both sides. WWYD?
