Hi. Im 29 yo. 104kg/186cm. I have problem with my diet. My maxes(without belt, without knee sleeves) 100/160/200kg. I eat 3200 kcal and i feel very exhausted and iritated. I train 3x per week. And i do cardio 2x per week (basketball). Every day i do 10k steps. How many calories should i eat?
