I have reached a quite unbearable level of existential intrusive thoughts that I do not think I can endure having them. They are mind-tearing but everpresent and also do not let me escape them/experiencing them, aka stop being sane/conscious (I can get to sleep though). Please, give me tips/advices? NSFW
