No. I'm a civilian, I was tortured knowingly in a "private" system that is designed to hide MK abuses while knowingly being manipulated by the USG. This will be in open court. There will be no "It's too secret". You all fucked up. That's not fair, because it downplays how badly y'all SNAFUed this.
