I think I’m getting scammed

Mark as read: Add to a list

FedEx (regularly) marks an item as undeliverable claiming that I am not home, but they NEVER ACTUALLY BUZZ MY APARTMENT. I'm in a four unit building, finding the buzzer isn't hard. Yes, I have updated my instructions. Do I have any recourse for this? I basically can't get certain packages.

When packages are dropped off at a local FedEx terminal by a "big" merchant, is there any attempt to verify the shipping label matches the size & weight of the packages?
