Now (August 2024) on the left, March 2024 on the right. I think you can tell I've lost body fat in my arms. They look smaller now but aren't soft anymore. (1,65m 57kg. Same weight on both dates. I'm doing body recomp: eating 300 less calories but heavy on protein. No cardio involved, only weights)
