Will the Minister of SOCIAL JUSTICE AND EMPOWERMENT be pleased to state, whether a large number of Kasaudhans vaishyas backward community live in the States of U.P., Bihar and Jharkhand; if so, the details thereof whether the Governments of the said States have already declared Kasaudhan as OBC ?
