This is probably so dumb but is there a way to manually “reset” the red dot on eps carry to get it back to how it was out of the box. Like turn the dials a certain number of clicks and what not. I started messing with it and now I don’t even know what to do so I just took the optic off for now.

Bought 2 Shield Arms Gen 3, S15 +5 Mags and both can't go more than 2 rounds without failure to load. Am I missing something?
