I need access to me Gmail account, I have email and password but I don’t have the old phone number associated with it and therefore cannot get access to it or anything connected to that email, is there a way to get it back?

How can I get in touch with Google by phone? They are taking £45 out my bank every month and I can’t afford it, I’ve tried blocking the transaction but they keep taking it out.
